1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Chuanfoo Wood Industry Limited Company ("Chuanfoo Veneer," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Services

Chuanfoo Veneer specializes in manufacturing and supplying high-quality natural wood veneers and veneer-faced products. Our services include:

• Regular natural wood veneers (oak, walnut, cherry, maple, rosewood, red alder, teak)
• Specialty veneers (burls, pommele, and crotch cuts)
• Flooring veneers and parquet veneers
• Paper-backed veneers
• Customized veneer solutions
• Technical support and consultation services

3. Product Quality and Specifications

We are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality. All veneers are manufactured using advanced techniques and undergo stringent quality control processes. Product specifications, dimensions, and wood species will be as agreed upon in the purchase order or contract.

Natural wood products may exhibit variations in grain, color, and texture, which are inherent characteristics of natural materials and not considered defects.

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

4.1 Orders

All orders must be confirmed in writing and are subject to acceptance by Chuanfoo Veneer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in the purchase order or contract.

4.3 Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the purchase order or contract. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, customization requirements, and shipping destinations. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.

6. Returns and Warranty

6.1 Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from material defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery date, provided products are stored and handled according to our recommended guidelines.

6.2 Returns

Returns of defective products must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made products are generally not returnable unless defective. Return authorization must be obtained before returning any products.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from or related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products involved. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our products, services, and materials remain the property of Chuanfoo Veneer. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary information without written consent.

9. Environmental Compliance

Chuanfoo Veneer is committed to sustainable and responsible sourcing practices. We comply with applicable environmental regulations and work to ensure our raw materials are sourced from responsibly managed forests.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms that is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
